The sale of the CD and the sale of the tour goods are scheduled to start at the same time.
*People without tickets to the show can also make a purchase.
*The starting time of the sale is subject to change without prior notice.
This event is for those who reserve and purchase the "designated product for the scratch card lottery event" at the CD sales booth in the venue. You will receive scratch cards and original stickers (the prize for participating in the scratch card event) for each reservation you made. (Each of the designated products reserved entitles the customer to one scratch card and one original sticker.)
Scratch off the scratch card and if the three patterns on the scratch card match, you'll get a prize based on the pattern on the card !!
Try your luck on the scratch card as soon as you get it♪
Please remember that the distribution of these cards will be over once the show starts even if there are scratch cards remaining.
Grand Prize: An invitation to the backstage event after the show ! (A maximum of 20 persons in 10 pairs for each show)
Prize A: A clear file folder with the tour logo (A maximum of 100 winners for each show)
Prize for participation (first come, first served): Sticker with the tour logo
*The scratch cards and your privilege of collecting the prize are only valid on the date printed on the card, hence, they cannot be used on any other day.
*Please take the winning scratch card with you when you exchange for the prize. Any thing other than the actual card, even photos and copies are considered invalid. And if you lose your winning scratch card, your winning will be invalid. Your privilege will be revoked when you lose your winning scratch card.
*For winners of the grand prize, we will arrange time for you to claim these prizes (from the opening time to the starting time of the show). Please be advised that you can only claim your prize within the set time period.
*The scratch cards, prizes (including the prize for participation) and products are all provided in a limited quantity. The sales and distribution will be over once the set limit has been reached.
*When customers reserve the products, we will set a limit on the number of products that can be purchased at a time. Please confirm the details on the reservation form during the event day.
1．About the grand prize (Backstage event after the show)
*The backstage event (Hereafter referred to as bonus event) will be held once the performance ends. Customers who win this prize may not be able to finish watching the show until the end in order to prepare for the entry backstage. Besides, depending on the progress of the event, it will take some time to guide winners to the backstage. Please be advised that we will not be held responsible for your return trip home, so make sure to check the schedule of the transportation facilities in advance.
*Event winners who do not have the tickets for the show can still participate in the event. However, tickets will be needed for those who want to view the on-stage performances.
*Depending on the gathering time on that day, winners may not be able to watch the entire show from the beginning to the end. However, no refund will be made under such circumstance.
*The winners can participate in the event with one companion at most. Children are also included regardless of age.
*The winners and their companions can take photos with all the members from EXILE THE SECOND in the backstage event after the show. A maximum of 2 people will be guided by our staff to take a photo with the members.
*If the winner has a companion, the winner and the companion should take a photo with the members together. Please refrain from taking 2 photos respectively.
*The photo taken in the backstage event will be delivered to the winner in the future (The companion's photo will also be sent to the winner.). The photos may be delivered after all the shows of the tour end.
*Avex Music Creative Inc. will not be held responsible for any disputes among the customers in relation to the prizes delivered to you.
*When taking the commemorative photo, it will only be done once, without any do-overs. And also, it is prohibited to take actions other from taking photos, such as giving presents to the artist, shaking hands with the artist or hug the artist. Please note that you will be refused to take photos or we will not send the photo to you if you do not obey this rule.
*To provide the lottery winners exclusive and unshared access backstage, we have a special procedures for the winners. Please confirm "▶Guidelines on winning the grand prize..." below for details.
*If the winner wants to participate in the event with his/her friend, both of them should be at the venue within the reception period of the winners (from the opening time to the starting time).
*Since we may need to verify the identity of the lottery winners, please bring an ID card attached with name and address to the venue just in case.
*When confirming lottery results and participating in the event, please follow the instructions of the staff to keep the event in order. If your behavior is deemed inappropriate by the staff, you may be asked to leave and not participate in the event anymore.
*Depending on circumstances, the scheduled members may change, or the event may be canceled. And in such cases, please be informed that there is no backup in lieu of the cancelled schedule. In addition, we also cannot accommodate any request for canceling the product reservations.
▶Guidelines on winning the grand prize...
*Winners of the grand prize can collect the ticket to the backstage event and confirm their attendance anytime between the opening time and the starting time of the show on the event day.
*The winner himself/herself needs to take the winning scratch card and go exchange it at the reception counter at the CD sales booth.
*The companion also needs to come to the reception counter to confirm his/her attendance at the event.
*To provide the lottery winners exclusive and unshared access backstage and deliver the prizes, we will need your personal information (Name, address, phone number) during the reception for the lottery winners.
*Please remember that failure to confirm attendance within the designated period nullifies the winner's right to participate in it regardless of the reason.
2. About Prize A
*Please come to the exchange desk at the CD sales booth to exchange your winning scratch card for the prize sometime between the starting time of the goods sales and the starting time of the show.
*The winner himself/herself needs to take the winning scratch card and exchange it at the reception counter at the CD sales booth.
*Please remember that failure to exchange the winning cards within the specified time nullifies the winner's right to claim the prize.
3. About the prize for participation
Customers can get one prize for participation on a first come, first served basis for each designated product they reserve or purchase between the starting time of the goods sales and the ending time of the goods sales.
Customers can get their prizes for participation at the checkout counter when they make the payment.
*Please be advised that the ending time of the sales on each performance day is not fixed. The ending time varies according to the crowd situation each day.
*The patterns and the prizes for each performance are subject to renewal or change.
*The scratch cards, designated products and prizes (including prize for participation) are provided in a limited quantity and they are only available until supplies last.
*There is a limit on the number of the designated products you can purchase for each payment you make. Please confirm the details on the reservation form during the event day.
*If the number of products you want to buy exceeds the limit, you will have to line up again at the end of the queue and make a second set of purchases.
*We only provide delivery service for the reserved products. The postage will be charged separately besides the charges for the products.
*The postage is charged for each payment. Please be advised that you cannot pay the postage only once when you make separate payments.
*Please be advised that customers will have to pay the full amount in cash (including the postage). Credit cards may not be accepted in some venues.
*The postage (including database, packaging and other costs) is 600 yen (tentative) for all the regions except some remote areas. The postage may vary in different shows.
*Products cannot be delivered overseas.
*The reserved product(s) will be delivered to the designated address after the release date of the designated products. Depending on the progress of the deliveries, it may take about a week for the customers to receive the products.
*The products will be delivered through Sagawa Express, TA-Q-BIN (Yamato Transport) or Nekoposu.
*Products are to be delivered based on each transaction. So if you purchase the products in several different transactions, the products will be delivered in different batches and will arrive on different dates.
*Regardless of the reason, requests for refunds or change in the type or number of products will not be accommodated once a transaction has been completed.
*The things that are not mentioned above, please confirm with the staff at the CD sales booth of each show.
*Please follow the instructions of the staff at the venue in order to keep the sales going smoothly.
*The performance and lottery event might be suspended and the contents of the prizes might be changed depending on circumstances.
*The scratch cards and the tickets for the bonus event after the show are only valid for the date printed on them and cannot be used on any other date.
*If the patterns on the scratch card cannot be recognized by the staff because of water stain, damage and so on, the cards will be considered invalid even if the patterns match.
*Please refrain from reselling, transferring or exchanging winning scratch cards or the privilege of winning the prizes. Once you are caught engaging in these acts, your right to claim the prize will be considered null and invalid; and even when you have already bought the product and finished the reception process, the winning scratch cards, the privilege of winning and prizes are still going to be confiscated from you. Moreover, other disruptive acts like jumping the queue which may bring troubles to other customers are also prohibited. The staff has the right to refuse your order if you are caught engaging in these inappropriate behaviors.
*Customers will have to bear the transportation and accommodation charges of the event day by themselves. No compensation will be made for the transportation and accommodation expenses even if you fail to join the event upon failure to comply with the requirements.
*Please check the time of the last train after the event ends, as the sponsor will bear no responsibility on your transportation.
*You cannot join the event if you are late for the reception process.
*Due to the time limit or delays at the venue, the event may end earlier than scheduled. In such cases, even those with the event tickets may not be able to participate in the event. Please be advised that we will not honor refunds even if this happens.
*People who have chronic diseases or who are in need special medical equipment should bear in mind that there are no special medical facilities at the venue of the event.
*In the venue, please follow the staff's instructions. Please be advised that when staff members may touch your shoulder or arm while guiding you to the venue.
*Please refrain from camping overnight as it causes trouble to the neighborhood.
*We will do everything we can to operate the event under safe conditions, such as arranging security in the venue. Please report any suspicious individuals or suspicious objects to the security personnel at the venue.
*Customers are responsible for their own valuables throughout the duration of event.
*We may take various necessary measures to prevent accidents and disorder on the event day.
*The event may be terminated or postponed due to natural disasters, performers' unavailability due to health concerns or accidents, traffic problem, equipment failure of the venue or other unforeseen circumstances. The event time, place, contents and performers may also be adjusted. In such cases, we will not honor any requests for refund of the products or compensation of traffic or accommodation expenses.
*Please be advised that presents and letters from customers will not be accepted at the venue.
*When you join the bonus event, please abide by the following "prohibited actions". If any customer fails to abide by the following ""prohibited actions"", or is deemed to be unsuitable to join the event by the sponsor, the customer may be refused to join the event.
・Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying or forging backstage event tickets.
・Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling etc. around the venue.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the artists and/or the staff.
・Entering the venue or joining the bonus event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
・Recording, filming or photographing during the performance or bonus event.
・Bringing equipment into the venue to record, film or photograph the performance or bonus event.
